Roles and Responsibilities
- Drafting & Analysis: Reviewing complex title documentation and preparing high-quality drafts of option agreements and leases.
- Transaction Management: Leading pre-option enquiries, conducting searches, and overseeing the precise execution of agreements.
- Compliance & Post-Completion: Managing stamp duty processes and lodging inhibition forms with Tailte Éireann.
- Client Liaison: Providing proactive updates and maintaining exceptional standards of correspondence and documentation.
Job Requirements
- Property Expertise: Proven experience within a legal property department, with a deep understanding of title review and transactional workflows.
- Experience Level: Substantial experience as a Legal Executive; capable of managing a caseload with minimal supervision.
- Professional Profile: An excellent communicator who can work autonomously providing exceptional client service.
