An expanding, premier law firm based in Dublin City is seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor (4 - 7 years' PQE) to join its growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to handle high-quality work across both commercial and residential property sectors.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Advise private and corporate clients on commercial leases, property development, and asset management.
- Manage the end-to-end purchase and sale of commercial, residential, and investment properties.
- Draft & Negotiate commercial/residential leases for landlords and tenants.
- Navigate complex title investigations for sales, corporate transactions, and commercial lending.
- Resolve complex Land Registry queries and perfect title registrations.
- Collaborate internally with Corporate and Litigation teams.
- Engage in firm networking and business development.
Job Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 5-7 years' PQE in Irish property law.
- Proven track record of working independently to manage a busy caseload and close transactions.
- Ability to collaborate across departments to ensure complex client matters are seamlessly handled.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for client relationship management.
- Experience with large-scale commercial developments or managed estates is highly desirable.
