An elite, market-leading law firm is seeking an experienced and proactive Legal PA to join its highly regarded Projects & Construction practice group. This team provides premier, expert advice on high-value construction, energy, infrastructure, and procurement matters.
This role offers a dynamic, professional environment supporting high-performing Partners and Associates on landmark projects.
In this role, you will take full ownership of the administrative and operational requirements for your assigned allocation, including:
Document Production: Producing, formatting, and amending high-quality legal documentation and correspondence from digital dictation and hand-written drafts, strictly adhering to house style guidelines.
Calendar & Travel Management: Proactively managing complex, fast-changing diaries, emails, contacts, and all travel arrangements.
Financial Administration: Taking complete ownership of the end-to-end billing and invoicing processes for your dedicated allocation.
Business Development Support: Compiling comprehensive BD documentation for new client meetings (including background research, client bios, and company information) and accurately managing data entry and reporting within the firm's Interaction CRM system.
Information Management: Ensuring meticulous physical and electronic filing (e-filing) compliance.
General Administration: Handling everyday administrative tasks including printing, scanning, photocopying, and mailing, alongside ad hoc duties as required by the team.
Preferred Profile: The ideal candidate will have robust experience working within a large-tier corporate law firm or a multinational corporate environment. You must be accustomed to the pace, structure, and high standards of a top-flight corporate setting.
Experience: A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary supporting senior-level staff (Partners/Directors).
Technical Proficiency: Advanced working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Systems Expertise: Direct, hands-on experience working with professional Document Management Systems (DMS), billing systems, and digital dictation software.
Agility & Attitude: A flexible, team-focused approach with a proven ability to re-prioritize workloads on the fly in a fast-paced environment.
