In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth management of leasing agreements, maintaining high standards of compliance and customer care, and supporting operational efficiency across the business.
Key Responsibilities

Review and activate leasing contracts, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative records and documentation.

Act as a main point of contact for customers and dealers, handling queries efficiently and professionally.

Process contract amendments and updates in line with agreed SLAs.

Support internal teams and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class service.

Manage various administrative processes including fuel card management, toll tag assignment, and road tax payments.

Provide tailored customer reporting and fleet management support.
About You

Degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
