As a Life & Pensions Administrator, you'll work closely with a team of financial advisers to manage and process life and pension products, ensuring an exceptional standard of client service and full compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Process new business applications for life and pension policies.
Manage policy adjustments, renewals, and client queries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and policy records.
Liaise with financial advisers, clients, and product providers.
Ensure compliance with all Central Bank and industry regulations.
Support the financial consulting team in day-to-day administration and operations.
5 years' experience in Life & Pensions administration, ideally within a brokerage or advisory environment.
QFA qualification (or working towards completion).
Excellent organisational, communication, and technical skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise effectively.
Positive, proactive, and professional attitude with a strong team focus.
Permanent, full-time role based in South Dublin.
