A leading financial services provider in the motor industry is seeking an experienced Dealer Development Manager to lead training, CPD, and development programmes across its nationwide dealer network.

The Role

• Develop and deliver a full training strategy for the motor finance network.

• Design blended learning (e-learning, classroom, webinars, workshops).

• Lead CPC compliance, regulatory training, and product knowledge programmes.

• Manage CPD frameworks, records, and accreditation requirements.

• Support dealer staff in achieving APA/QFA qualifications.

• Oversee LMS content, reporting, KPIs, and training MI.

• Act as a subject matter expert at events and network meetings.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in compliance development within financial services or motor finance.

• Strong understanding of CPC regulations.

• Skilled in creating impactful blended learning programmes.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Confident with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.

• Strong analytical, reporting, and IT skills.

• Full clean driving licence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business/Finance.

• QFA or APA minimum.

• Motor Finance or Financial Services experience.
