12 month contract | Hybrid, 2 days onsite in South Dublin
Overview:
Join our client, a global biopharmaceutical company, during an exciting period of investment and innovation, supporting capital projects, R&D initiatives, and transformation programs. You will play a key role in ensuring investment activities are well organised, transparent, and compliant with internal processes and external funding requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track site investment activities, including capital, R&D, and innovation projects.
- Maintain organised records of spend, invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation.
- Support IDA grant drawdowns and R&D tax credit submissions by gathering, validating, and organising required information.
- Track resource allocation and maintain accurate project activity logs.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and executive updates for leadership.
- Maintain and improve templates, trackers, and processes to ensure efficient and audit-ready documentation.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners to support project and investment workflows.
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
- 3+ years' experience in coordination, operations, or process support.
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with invoices, POs, spend tracking, and enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Desirable:
- Experience in biopharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments.
- Exposure to government funding, grants administration, R&D activities, or tax credit submissions.
- Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI, Smartsheet, etc.).
Competencies:
- Proactive, methodical, and analytical approach to work.
- Strong documentation discipline and compliance focus.
- Ability to handle multiple streams of information and coordinate across teams.
