A rapidly growing European asset management firm is seeking a Product Project Manager to join its Product Management & Sustainability function. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full investment product lifecycle, from idea generation and fund launches through to post-launch enhancements and regulatory change.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in financial services or asset management who is looking to deepen their product and project management expertise while gaining broad regulatory and governance exposure within a fast-scaling organisation.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support delivery of product management projects end-to-end

• Coordinate pre- and post-launch fund activities and amendments

• Prepare project plans, reports, and management updates

• Assist with product governance, committees, and presentations

• Coordinate product documentation and regulatory disclosures

• Support regulatory reporting and process improvement initiatives

Key Experience

• 3+ years in financial services or asset management

• Proven project management experience

• Strong communication, organisation, and analytical skills

• UCITS/MiFID knowledge and PM qualifications advantageous
