Our client, a leading Finance provider with operations across Europe, are seeking to add a driven and inspirational Team Leader to their growing team based in Dublin.
The successful candidate will report directly into the Senior Operations Manager and will be responsible for leading and inspiring a high-performing operations team to maintain agreed service levels and consistently achieve KPIs.
This is an exciting opportunity for those with at least 1-2 years experience in leading a team and hoping to further their career in the world of financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead contact centre team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure mailboxes are kept to within KPI's
- Responsible for QA - call monitoring and quality sampling
- Manage individuals through performance reviews and appraisals.
- Develop and train new and existing team members.
- Provide and present regular performance updates to Senior Operations Manager and Head of Operations.
- Continuously review and develop policy and procedural documentation to ensure the highest levels of customer/dealer service while maintaining a controlled environment.
- Act as escalation point for customer and dealer issues.
Requirements
- Degree in Business or Finance related discipline preferred.
- Fully QFA'd.
- 2+ years' experience in a Financial Services role required, asset finance experience is an advantage.
- Strong collaborative ethos and ability to motivate and lead a team essential.
- Proven experience in a customer care environment essential.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
