Reporting to the PMO Lead, you will ensure that solution design, configuration, integrations, and data migration workstreams are cohesive, properly governed, and aligned with core business processes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Influence senior stakeholders and steering groups to support decision-making and remove delivery blockers.

    • Manage interdependencies across multiple projects and platforms, specifically focusing on integrations between the ERP and peripheral systems like stock management and finance tools.

    • Oversee UAT governance and operational transition workstreams, ensuring clear ownership across business and technical teams.
    • Coach other Project Managers on governance, reporting, and risk management best practices to uplift overall PMO capability.

    Experience & Qualifications:

    • 7-10+ years of experience delivering complex, multi-workstream projects within a structured PMO or programme environment.

    • Proven track record of delivering large-scale ERP implementations, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

    • Significant experience in delivery governance, stage gates, and risk management for high-budget or high-risk profiles.

    • Professional PM certification is strongly preferred (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or Agile/Scrum).

    Core Skills & Competencies:

    • Deep knowledge of core ERP functional domains: Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, and Procurement.

    • Advanced expertise in resource planning, capacity management, and financial acumen across large budgets.

    • Strong leadership presence with the ability to facilitate complex stakeholder negotiations and cross-functional alignment.

    • Familiarity with enterprise-level PPM tools (e.g., Smartsheet) and ERP integration patterns.

    • Resilience and sound judgment when operating in environments of high complexity or pace.
