We're hiring an agile, commercially minded HR Business Partner to support a fast-paced, multi-site organisation. The HR People Partner will be responsible for driving people strategy through strong stakeholder leadership, delivering effective workforce planning, and enabling business performance across a multi-site environment.
This is a broad, high-impact role combining strategic HR partnering with hands-on delivery across the employee lifecycle, alongside flexible involvement in recruitment.
Based in Dublin City centre, this person must have their own transport as travel is involved.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing decision-making on all people matters.
- Translate business strategy into actionable people plans and workforce solutions.
- Lead performance management, talent development and organisational effectiveness initiatives.
- Drive consistent, best-practice HR standards across multiple sites.
- Manage and advise on complex employee relations issues with confidence and credibility.
- Deliver strategic workforce planning aligned to growth and operational demands.
- Optimise resourcing across sites, including redeployment and succession planning.
- Provide data-led insight to inform talent and organisational decisions.
- Partner with leadership to define and execute hiring strategies.
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment for a diverse range of roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across operational and corporate functions.
- Build strong, credible relationships across senior leadership, site teams and functional stakeholders.
- Influence, challenge and coach leaders to drive high performance and accountability.
- Collaborate across the wider People function to deliver integrated HR solutions.
Requirements
- Proven HR Business Partner with strong generalist depth (5-6+ years' experience).
- Demonstrated capability in employee relations, performance management and stakeholder influence.
- Experience in multi-site or operational environments preferred.
- Commercially astute, resilient and highly adaptable.
- Strong communicator with the confidence to challenge and drive change.
- Hands-on, solutions-driven and comfortable operating at pace.
- Prior exposure to recruitment and workforce planning advantageous.
