Due to increased volume activity, the team has an opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join an existing Talent Acquisition team at their South Dublin manufacturing site, initially on a contract basis.
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Senior Associate plays an integral role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality TA services. The combination of recruitment data analysis, outstanding sourcing & selecting techniques, partnership with clients in HR & Line Management, and successfully using tools & knowledge to build TA capabilities, serve to drive organizational performance in acquiring the best talent.
This role reports into the Talent Acquisition Manager and will have responsibility for performing full life-cycle recruitment activities across various functions, including sourcing, assessment, selection, offer negotiation, and the onboarding process.
Your responsibilities will include:
Partner with Hiring Managers and the business to fully understand business needs and deliver a best-in-class recruitment service, while meeting tight deadlines in line with recruitment plans and campaigns.
Build comprehensive talent sourcing strategies and robust hiring plans.
Act as a trusted partner to managers and leaders by providing market insights and knowledge of the talent landscape.
Manage job postings in line with the hiring plan and oversee the preparation of job offers.
Compile and maintain candidate information, job listings, and role requirements.
Maintain a local database and contact management of prospective candidates to continuously improve the talent pipeline for key roles.
Coordinate events associated with attracting talent and talent assessment in support of the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Contribute to the completion of specific projects surrounding broader Talent Acquisition activities.
Proactively identify and call out challenges or risks as they arise in line with business requirements.
Support data interpretation and analytical insights from key HR parameters to optimize the overall Talent Acquisition process.

University Degree - HR, Business, or Science.
5+ years of experience in recruitment.
Industry experience: Ideally, experience recruiting within a high-volume manufacturing setting.
Experience working within a multinational Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology organisation.
Proven success delivering high-volume recruitment campaigns.
Strong knowledge and experience with various branding and recruitment marketing tools & processes.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally Workday).
Ability to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines.
Demonstrates personal credibility and flexibility.
Strong sense of service delivery to the business.
High level of attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
