The Opportunity
This is the organisation's first senior HR hire, responsible for building HR foundations and evolving the people function over the next 3-5 years. Initially focused on HR operations, the role will expand into leadership development, succession planning, engagement, and organisational development.
Highly visible, the position works closely with senior leadership and Board stakeholders in a founder-led environment.
