Our client, a leading tech company with headquarters in Dublin, is looking to hire an experienced Learning and Development Program Manager for an 11 months contract
Please note this role is hybrid with 3 days required onsite.
The Global Learning Program Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our company's people operations and employee relations training initiatives.
This position involves a blend of creative and administrative responsibilities. Ranging from designing, developing or improving training materials to creating and editing video materials. It will oversee training logistics and compliance obligations and documentation.
This includes co-ordinating with subject matter experts to design, develop and record content, as well as managing the technical side of video creation and editing.
In addition to content development, the role also involves activities for audit and compliance purposes, training administration including managing integration with the LMS, tracking progress, generating reports, and scheduling and sending out invites. The successful candidate will have strong stakeholder management.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the design, development and customization of training curriculum, materials, and
- Resources.
- Managing the technical side of video creation and editing.
- Coordinating with subject matter experts to develop and record content.
- Managing integration with the LMS, organizing training materials, tracking progress, and generating reports.
- Regular stakeholder engagement and management
- Training administrative details such as scheduling and sending out invites, tracking attendance etc
- Maintaining documentation and records of training activities for audit and compliance purposes.
Requirements:
- Experience in content design, development and training administration.
- Technical skills in video creation and editing.
- Design in training related presentations and follow up learning materials.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience in marketing & communications of training programs.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Strong stakeholder management in a matrixed organization.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Sensitivity and adaptability to cultural differences and diverse audiences, ensuring inclusivity in all training materials and programs.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or advanced certifications in Training & Development, Training Design, or Educational Technology is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field within a global organization.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
- Experience in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and familiarity with the latest
- educational technologies.
- Prior experience in video production and editing for educational purposes.
- Strong proficiency in digital tools and software for creating and editing training materials and videos
