Are you a proactive Project Manager with a solid foundation in Finance looking to take the next step in a high-impact, global environment?
We are partnering with a leading international technology firm to find a motivated Finance Project Manager to support a critical global transformation program. This is a unique opportunity for a professional with 3-4 years of experience to help drive operational excellence by harmonizing processes and supporting a major ERP implementation.
As a key member of the transformation team, you will act as a bridge between technical specialists and business leaders. You will focus on the Finance Workstream, ensuring that global financial processes are connected, efficient, and well-documented.
- Project Leadership: Develop sub-project plans, manage dependencies, and ensure high-quality deliverables are met on time.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks and assist in developing effective mitigation plans.
- Change Ambassador: Guide teams through the adoption of new solutions and processes across international regions.
- Operational Excellence: Support the implementation of a unified ERP platform and assist with Quality Assurance (QA) and testing activities.
Requirements
- Experience: Approximately 3-4 years of post-graduate experience in project management.
- Background: Experience within a Big 4 firm is highly desirable as an indicator of strong PM methodology and discipline.
- Finance Exposure: Familiarity with the Finance domain is essential. While accounting qualifications (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) are a plus, they are not required; the priority is your project management capability.
- Technical Savvy: Exposure to ERP platforms is necessary. Specific experience with IFS Cloud is a major advantage but not a dealbreaker.
- Communication: Ability to influence and build trust across diverse, cross-functional teams.
