We are seeking a proactive, self-motivated Executive Assistant & Office Coordinator to join our Core Functions team. Operating in a fast-paced, exciting professional services environment, this role offers immense opportunity for professional growth and development.
Reporting directly to the Core Functions Director, you will provide high-level administrative and executive support to our Managing Partner and wider leadership team. Additionally, you will play a key role in cross-functional projects spanning HR, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and executive assistance to the senior leadership team.
Travel Management: Oversee and coordinate all corporate travel arrangements for the firm.
Project Delivery: Assist with the organization and execution of various strategic initiatives, including client networking events, internal staff initiatives, and commercial projects.
Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Work closely with the wider Core Functions network to provide administrative backup to Finance, HR, and Operations as required.
Office Coordination: Support daily office administration and front-of-house/reception duties to ensure the seamless, premium operation of our Dublin office.

Required Experience & Skills:
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Office Coordinator role.
Professional services industry experience is essential (e.g., accounting, legal, banking, or corporate consulting).
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all leadership levels.
Strong project management capabilities, with the agility to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
Flawless communication skills (both verbal and written) paired with sharp attention to detail.
Tech proficiency: High competence in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with data visualization tools is considered a strong asset.
