Financial Services Administration - Contract Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations professional to join a leading financial services organisation, working within a fast-paced and growing environment. This role offers the chance to deepen your understanding of Securities and Derivatives products while playing a key part in the day-to-day delivery of Domestic Market Operations.
The Role
You'll join a collaborative team responsible for the full range of domestic market processes, acting as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The position involves managing daily operational tasks, maintaining service standards, and ensuring deliverables are met within agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Domestic Markets team with daily operational processes and client queries
Monitor task completion against cut-off times and ensure accuracy across all activities
Coordinate clerical and administrative tasks as required, depending on volume and team needs
Liaise with internal teams and external clients to resolve escalated issues promptly
Complete and maintain daily checklists and weekly MIS reporting
Adhere to audit and compliance standards, ensuring all processes meet internal requirements
Participate in UAT for system enhancements and contribute to process improvement initiatives
About You
Excellent communication and client service skills
Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
Capable of working accurately under pressure and meeting strict deadlines
Comfortable managing fluctuating workloads and maintaining high output
Previous experience within financial operations or securities processing desirable
Knowledge of Agency & Trust or Corporate Trust Operations an advantage
Contract Details
Duration: Initial 6 months contract, will get extended an additional 6 months.
Location: Dublin city centre (3 days onsite)
