A leading global organisation is seeking a commercially focused Financial Analyst to join its growing finance team in Dublin. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare client-facing financial reports, forecasts, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Partner with operational stakeholders to review financial performance and profitability.
- Conduct financial reviews to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement initiatives.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, and budget reconciliations.
- Produce insightful commentary and analysis to support decision-making.
- Support month-end processes and financial planning activities.
- Monitor key financial indicators and recommend corrective actions where required.
Candidate Profile
- Qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA accountant.
- Suitable for a first move from practice (Big 4 or Top 10) into industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience interpreting financial data and providing actionable insights.
- Strong systems and Excel skills.
- Audit and assurance experience advantageous.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
