We are working with a multi-award-winning company who is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead one of there stores based in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Culture: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 10+, serving as a brand ambassador who exemplifies our core values.
- Operations & Finance: Oversee daily opening/closing, strict stock control, ordering, budgeting, and P&L management.
- Staff Management: Manage optimized rota planning, workflow delegation, timekeeping records, and performance evaluations.
- Merchandising & Standards: Maintain flawless store standards, including the understanding and creation of planograms.
- Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to Health & Safety, legal policies, and HACCP protocols.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience managing teams of 10 or more (ideally in a fast-paced or fresh food retail environment).
- Commercial Acumen: Strong business brains with a proven track record of driving operational standards and profit.
- Decision-Making: Ability to make independent, customer-centric decisions in a high-energy environment.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to act as a seamless conduit between team members and senior management.
