As Brand Manager, you will own the day-to-day strategic direction of the brand in Ireland. Leading a talented Assistant Brand Manager, you will translate business goals into high-impact marketing campaigns, product innovations, and in-store activations. You will act as the bridge between internal commercial teams (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain) and external creative agencies to ensure exceptional brand performance.
Brand Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and delivery of the annual operating and brand plans for the Irish market.
Integrated Campaigns: Brief and manage external creative, media, and PR agencies to execute high-performing ATL, digital, social, and shopper marketing campaigns.
Insight & Analytics: Interpret consumer and market data (Nielsen/IRI) to identify growth opportunities, monitor competitors, and shape brand positioning.
Innovation & Portfolio Management: Support the NPD pipeline from concept to launch, including building business cases, pricing models, and launch strategies.
Commercial Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure brand plans drive volume, value, and robust ROI.
Team Leadership: Mentor and develop one direct report (Assistant Brand Manager).
Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
Experience: 6+ years of dedicated brand management experience within the Food or Drink FMCG sector is essential.
Campaign Expertise: A proven track record of managing end-to-end integrated campaigns (ATL, digital, and retail/shopper marketing).
Commercial Acumen: Strong financial competency with experience managing brand budgets, forecasts, and analyzing market share/promotional data.
People Management: Prior experience managing and developing direct reports.
