Overview
On behalf of my client, I am currently seeking motivated and reliable Field Agent to support their operations across the Laois/Offaly region. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, engaging with retailers and stakeholders, and representing an organisation in a professional, solution-focused manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site visits to retailers, collection points, and partners to ensure compliance with operational processes and standards.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to retailers on system usage, operational requirements, and best practices.
- Monitor and report on site performance, equipment issues, and operational challenges. Complete field reports and documentation accurately and on time.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned locations, building strong, positive working relationships.
- Escalate complex issues to my client's internal teams where required.
- Support regional rollout activities, equipment launches, and special projects.
- Represent the brand professionally at all times.
Skills & Experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently manage a regional schedule.
- Experience in field operations, retail support, customer service, or compliance is preferred (but not essential).
- A practical, hands-on approach with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- A full, clean driving licence and a willingness to travel outside of your home county.
- Comfortable using mobile apps, reporting tools, and basic digital systems.
