Role: Executive Assistant

We are currently seeking an executive assistant to join our client to support the Partners and wider team.
The candidate will be energetic and personable and keen to learn as well as flexible to deal with changing priorities. The candidate will work alongside our existing Executive Assistant and share and split tasks and provide cover for each other.
Role responsibilities:
- Extensive management of multiple diaries - effective management of the Partners daily schedules and planning through prioritisation of appointments
- Professional management of all correspondences, filtering and prioritising urgent matters
- Supporting the operations of the team including maintenance of team planner and ad hoc time reporting for team members who may be unable to report on time system
- Management and reconciliation of monthly expenses for Partners
- Manage and maintain CRM system for the team
- Arrange travel for Partners and Directors.
- Organisation and coordination of internal and external meetings
- Manage the administration of external events including team off-sites and client lunches
- Attend team meetings where appropriate and take minutes
- Preparation of presentation slides and material
- General administration duties including filing, typing and distribution of documents
- Some Invoicing / Billing
- Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment
- Managing various Ad-hoc duties

- Strong Administrative experience

- The ability to multi-task and manage workflows, prioritise and work well under pressure
