In this strategic leadership role, you'll collaborate with senior business and HR leaders to reimagine how technology, data, and operating models can transform the employee experience and enable business performance. You'll guide clients through end-to-end transformation journeys - from strategy and design to implementation and adoption - ensuring people, processes, and technology work together to deliver measurable results.
As Director of People Technology & Transformation, you will:
Lead multi-disciplinary client engagement teams to deliver HR technology and transformation strategies across diverse industries.
Oversee end-to-end HR Technology and Transformation programmes, ensuring alignment with client objectives and leading practice methodologies.
Partner with clients to develop and implement HR strategies that enhance and optimise processes, systems, and organisational design.
Assess current HR capabilities, identify opportunities for improvement, and design future-state HR operating models.
Integrate innovative technologies that elevate HR functions and align with wider business objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on digital transformation and workforce enablement.
Lead, mentor, and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Proven track record leading and delivering HR Technology and Transformation projects, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, or similar platforms.
10+ years of experience in HR Technology, HR Transformation, or HR Consulting, with strong project leadership credentials.
Deep understanding of HR processes, systems, and technologies, including HRIS, talent management, and workforce analytics.
Experience designing and implementing Alternative Delivery Models (ADM), Shared Services, and offshore centres.
Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
Ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
