An established technology company is seeking a Data Labelling Analyst III to support operational excellence within their global integrity and safety team.
This role combines data labelling, analysis, and workflow support with operational coordination across multiple teams. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and improvement of processes that ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of content review and moderation operations.
The position requires a strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and the ability to work with sensitive or objectionable content in a fast-moving environment.
Perform accurate and consistent data labelling for various types of content including text, images, and videos.
Conduct quality checks and audits to ensure high standards of accuracy and consistency.
Analyse operational data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
Support cross-team initiatives to improve workflows, processes, and data quality.
Maintain documentation, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making and operational performance.
Work with sensitive or graphic content responsibly, maintaining professionalism and resilience.
Contribute to the refinement of label guidelines and support the alignment of operational standards across teams.
Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in data analysis, information systems, operations, or a related field.
2+ years' experience in data labelling, operational support, quality assurance, or analytical roles within technology or similar environments.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
Experience working with ambiguous tasks and using structured thinking to resolve issues.
Effective communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
Willingness to work with potentially sensitive or objectionable content.
Experience with data tools such as SQL, Python, or data visualisation platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Understanding of data pipelines, labelling workflows, or quality assurance systems.
Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and use sound judgement in high-pressure situations.
Experience in trust, safety, or content moderation operations is advantageous.
