A leading global financial institution is seeking an Asset Servicing Analyst to join their Dublin City Centre operations team on an initial 6-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure within a high-performing environment and contribute to the efficient management of Corporate Action events across multiple asset classes.
The Role
As an Asset Servicing Analyst, you'll be responsible for reconciling, processing, and managing Corporate Action events while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and control. You'll also play a key part in identifying process improvements and supporting operational excellence initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and reconcile Corporate Action events, including communications, notifications, and postings.

Support a variety of operational processes and ensure all activities are carried out in line with internal procedures and controls.

Perform data analysis, identify process improvements, and contribute to the implementation of new initiatives.

Prepare reports, investigate discrepancies, and escalate issues in a timely manner.

Maintain compliance with audit and control standards, ensuring operational risk is minimised.

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Support continuous improvement efforts and the development of best practice within the function.
About You
You'll bring a solid understanding of investment instruments, strong analytical ability, and excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) preferred.

Previous experience in Asset Servicing, Operations, or a similar financial services role.

Knowledge of investment instruments including equities, fixed income, and asset-backed securities.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential; Access desirable).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Team player with a proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
