Tax Manager

We are currently recruiting on behalf of leading accounting practices in Cork seeking an ambitious, high-performing Senior Tax professionals.

Whether you trained in practice and are currently working in professional services, industry, or a Tax Authority (such as Revenue), this role provides a structured path to fast-track your career alongside established Partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Advisory & Structuring: Lead complex tax planning engagements, including company incorporations, group restructuring, holding company frameworks, and succession planning.

• Multi-Tax Head Support: Manage and resolve ad-hoc advisory queries across Income Tax, Corporation Tax, VAT, and Stamp Duty.

• Partner Support: Work closely with Partners to lead high-profile advisory projects, manage tax disputes, and draft technical tax opinions.

• Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and deepen trusted relationships with a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and family businesses.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Qualifications: Qualified AITI / CTA (or equivalent) is essential. Dual qualification with ACA, ACCA, or CPA is strongly preferred.

• Experience: Ideally 3 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in a tax consultancy role within a medium or large practice environment.

• Background: Trained in practice, with experience currently grounded in practice, industry, or a Tax Authority background.
