We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and organized Bookkeeper to support the finance function within the educational industry. In this dynamic and varied role, you will take ownership of essential day to day office operations and finance tasks, bringing strong administrative expertise and bookkeeping experience to a fast-paced environment. As the sole person managing the bookkeeping, you will take full ownership, work closely with the accountant, and contribute to our small office environment.

Salary Range: €40,000-€50,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day accounts administration and accurate bookkeeping operations.
- Process and reconcile purchase invoices, sales invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain comprehensive financial records, filing systems, and supplier/customer accounts.
- Support credit control and follow up proactively on outstanding balances.
- Prepare fundamental financial reports and assist with month-end closing processes.
- Handle general office correspondence, record keeping, and administrative duties.
- Collaborate with suppliers, customers, internal teams, and external accountants.
- Assist with payroll administration and related financial tasks as needed.
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
- 4-8 years' bookkeeping experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
- Familiarity with financial software such as QuickBooks.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization capabilities.
- Professional communication skills and a dependable, confidential approach.
