About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a busy healthcare recruitment team on an immediate-start contract basis. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative and recruitment coordination support to the TA team during a period of high-volume hiring across multiple locations.
This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role requiring excellent organisational skills, strong stakeholder management, and previous experience supporting end-to-end recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration across multiple hiring campaigns
- Schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and maintain recruitment documentation
- Support compliance-heavy recruitment processes including Garda vetting and pre-employment checks
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate recruitment records using Workday
- Assist with onboarding coordination and candidate experience activities
- Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with organisational policies and employment legislation
- Support the wider Talent Acquisition team during a period of increased recruitment demand
Requirements
- Previous recruitment coordination or TA support experience essential
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Experience using Workday
- Experience supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns
- Healthcare recruitment experience is highly desirable
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
