    Service Administrator - 9 Month Contract

    Outskirts of Cork city - access to your own transportion is desierable

    Salary: €34,000 + DOE

    We are currently recruiting for an experienced and highly organised Service Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced team on a 9-month contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a coordination-heavy role and enjoys working closely with both technical teams and customers.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Coordinating and scheduling daily service activities for a team of engineers
    • Monitoring response times and ensuring service level targets are met
    • Acting as a key point of contact for customer queries via phone and email
    • Managing client accounts using internal systems
    • Ordering spare parts and liaising with suppliers to source required components
    • Handling queries relating to parts, including warranties and returns
    • Requesting and preparing quotations for customers
    • Supporting engineers with part identification and supplier communication
    • Maintaining accurate records of part codes and stock levels
    • Processing a high volume of calls and administrative tasks daily
    • Assisting with invoicing on a weekly and monthly basis
    • Producing reports and maintaining accurate system data
    • Working cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve operational issues
    • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and service agreements

    What we're looking for:

    • Strong administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • High level of organisation with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
    • Experience working with internal systems / databases
    • Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and multitasking
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Experience in a technical, engineering, or service environment is an advantage
