We are seeking an ambitious NQ to 3-year PQE Solicitor to join a high-performing practice, working closely with an experienced Partner on various commercial property matters.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Advise on a diverse portfolio of commercial property matters, including high-value acquisitions and disposals.
- Manage complex landlord and tenant negotiations and large-scale development projects.
- Support property finance transactions and the real estate components of major M&A deals.
- Provide ongoing asset and portfolio management for developers, investors, and financial institutions.
Job Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in Ireland (NQ to 3 years' PQE).
- Proven track record in commercial property, gained during training or post-qualification.
- Ability to manage files independently while collaborating on complex matters.
- Proactive and commercially minded.
