Roles and Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory: Support a senior Partner on complex matters across the retail, office, industrial, hospitality, data centre, and healthcare sectors.
- Asset Management: Deliver comprehensive legal services for the management of Ireland's largest mixed-use developments and property portfolios.
- Transaction Lead: Manage diverse leasing transactions and real estate investment finance for institutional and private clients.
- Client Relations: Act as a key advisor to developers, investment funds, and private equity firms, providing practical, industry-focused solutions.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 4-6 years PQE with a robust background in commercial real estate law.
- Technical Range: Proven track record in handling varied assets, including multi-family schemes, retail parks, and hotels.
- Commercial Acumen: Ability to deliver creative legal solutions with a focus on efficiency and client transparency.
- Project Management: Experience in the day-to-day management of large-scale property investment portfolios and mixed-use schemes.
