Morgan McKinley is currently working our client in the healthcare and care home sector who is looking to appoint an experienced Procurement Officer to support their growing portfolio care services.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead supplier negotiations, including pricing, rebates, and contract terms
- Build and manage strong vendor relationships
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure service quality
- Oversee procurement operations across multiple care sites
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet site-specific needs
- Maintain accurate stock control and procurement reporting
- Support maintenance planning and contractor management
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory standards
What We're Looking For
- Experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing management
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisational and analytical abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations
- Experience within healthcare, care homes, or multi-site environments is advantageous
Qualifications (Desirable)
- Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
- Procurement or supply chain certifications
