Warehouse Technician / Warehouse Operative - Dunboyne / Dublin 15
We are currently recruiting experienced Warehouse Technicians / Warehouse Operatives to join our team based in Dunboyne / Dublin 15.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly committed and professional operations team supporting the safe, efficient, and compliant movement, storage, and supply of materials within a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.
The successful candidates will be responsible for a range of warehouse activities including goods receipt, material handling, picking and kitting, inventory management, sampling, storage, shipping, and supporting manufacturing supply requirements.
The roles operate across both shift patterns, and therefore a shift allowance is applicable.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely manage the receipt, handling, storage, and movement of materials in and out of the warehouse.
- Complete goods receipting, goods-in, goods-out, and material transfer activities accurately.
- Carry out picking, kitting, and material preparation activities to support operational requirements.
- Perform inventory control activities including cycle counting and stock accuracy checks.
- Support material sampling activities and ensure all documentation is completed correctly.
- Complete loading and unloading activities, ensuring materials are suitable for storage or transport.
- Operate warehouse equipment and Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and correctly, following all training and procedures.
- Complete equipment checks and report any defects or issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate records, electronic documentation, and warehouse systems.
- Ensure all materials are stored correctly, securely, and in line with housekeeping standards.
- Support outbound shipping and logistics activities, including preparation of customer and internal shipments.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, GMP compliance, and housekeeping.
- Follow all company procedures, policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to improve processes and efficiency.
- Support the training and development of colleagues where required.
- Work collaboratively with Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, and other departments.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or regulated environment.
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems is desirable.
- Experience operating Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) such as forklift trucks, pallet trucks, or narrow aisle equipment is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed procedures and instructions.
- A safety-first mindset with a commitment to quality and compliance.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A reliable, flexible, and proactive approach to work.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a busy environment.
