Warehouse Operative (Day Shift)

About the Role
We are looking for motivated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our busy warehouse team. This is a day shift role supporting our distribution operations across our Dublin 22 and Dublin 12 sites.
Working in a fast-paced electrical wholesale environment, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching products while maintaining high standards of accuracy, productivity, and safety. A forklift or reach truck licence is desirable but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.
- Receive, check, and put away incoming deliveries.
- Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Replenish stock and maintain organised picking locations.
- Assist with stock counts and inventory control.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures.
- Work as part of a team to achieve daily operational targets.
- Travel between the Dublin 22 and Dublin 12 sites when required.
- Operate a forklift or reach truck where licensed and trained.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to support different warehouse activities.
- Manual handling experience is an advantage.
Desirable Skills
- Valid Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance Forklift licence.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment.
- Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Full, clean driving licence.
