Practice Accountant - Manager

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Practice Accountant to join a growning firm based in Cork city. Working closely with the Partners, you will deliver a exceptional service to SME clients while managing and mentoring a close knit team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manager a protfolio of clients
• Oversee and file Corporation Tax, Income Tax, VAT, RCT, PAYE, and CRO documentation, ensuring strict compliance.
• Supervise, mentor, and support junior team members, actively contributing to their professional development and daily workflow management.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships through clear communication and proactive, solution-focused advice.
• Help drive the next phase of growth within the business.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of general accounting experience within an Irish Accounting practice.
• Proven supervisory / management capabilities.
• ACA / ACCA qualified.
• A self-starter with excellent communication skills and a desire to advance your career within an expanding professional services firm.
