We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Payroll Assistant to join our team. No previous payroll experience is needed as full training will be provided. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, eager to learn, and enjoys working with numbers and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the payroll team in processing employee payments accurately and on time
- Help maintain payroll records and update employee information
- Assist with data entry and checking timesheets or attendance records
- Respond to basic payroll queries from staff and escalate when needed
- Learn and follow company procedures and legal requirements related to payroll
- Help with with reporting and other admin tasks as needed
