Exciting new opportunity for a HR Coordinator in Cork to join a leading company as they embark on their growth journey.
The primary purpose of the role will be to support HR Operations on a day-to-day basis.
Key accountabilities include:
- Main point of contact for all HR related queries
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process
- Owning the Onboarding and offboarding process for all Irish based employees
- Supporting HR Administration ensuring employee data is updated at all times
- Updating policies and procedures as required
- Drive continuous improvement with HR processes
- Delivering well-being initiatives
- Providing HR metrics and reports as required
Experience required:
- Third level degree qualified with experience in a similar role.
- Excellent key stakeholder engagement skills and a keen eye for detail
- Good understanding of Irish employment law.
