We are currently hiring for a Recruitment Support Officer with one of clients based in Dublin for an initial 6 month contract.
Recruitment and Account Management
Manage large-scale recruitment campaigns, including temporary or emergency staffing.
Coordinate across multiple agencies to ensure timely onboarding of staff.
Support Recruitment, HR, and Business Partner teams with resourcing requirements.
Ensure all recruitment and selection activities are carried out professionally, in line with legislation, and aligned with organisational values.
Liaise with HR/Business Partners to determine the appropriate recruitment process (internal/external, candidate sourcing/advertising methods) within budgetary requirements.
Ensure job descriptions and application forms are consistent, professionally formatted, and that terms and conditions are appropriate to the role.
Agree timelines with HR/Business Partners, advertise roles accordingly, and act as the point of contact for applicant queries.
Screen applications, prepare candidate shortlist reports and scoresheets for HR/Business Partners/Hiring Managers.
Communicate outcomes to all applicants in a timely manner.
Plan and schedule interviews, and circulate interview packs to panel members.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
Liaise and coordinate with government departments and other stakeholders.
Communicate clearly, diplomatically, and effectively.
Provide regular updates and reports to a wide range of stakeholders.
Policy, Compliance and Documentation
Demonstrate knowledge of legal and operational frameworks, including process documents, SLAs, data protection, and recruitment regulations.
Develop, document, and standardise processes in line with public sector guidelines.
Financial and Operational Administration
Manage budgets and raise purchase orders.
Track and maintain records while collaborating with Finance and Procurement teams.
Oversee and coordinate multiple operational streams simultaneously.
