Our Client, a prominent Irish firm, is seeking an ambitious Commercial Litigation Solicitor (1-3 years' PQE) to join their high-calibre team in Cork.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Advise a diverse domestic and international client base on a broad spectrum of commercial and contractual disputes including IP and technology.
- Act on behalf of financial institutions, developers, and corporate entities in high-value corporate litigation.
- Support on complex professional negligence claims, construction disputes, and insolvency-related litigation.
- Represent clients in judicial reviews and regulatory matters, gaining exposure to multiple sectors including energy and financial services.
Job Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in Ireland (1 to 3 years' PQE).
- Proven track record in commercial litigation.
- Excellent client relationship management skills and the ability provide commercially-minded legal advice.
- A proactive professional who works well in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
