AI Architect

My client is looking for an AI Architect with a minimum of 4 years experience to join their organisation based in Cork. This is a permanent role.

Responsibilities:

• Design and architect end-to-end AI solutions for enterprise-scale applications.
  
  
• Collaborate with product teams and data scientists to understand business needs and translate them into AI use cases.
  
  
• Evaluate and select AI tools, frameworks, and platforms to support model development and deployment.
  
  
• Ensure architecture aligns with best practices for performance, scalability, and security.
  
  
• Lead proof of concept projects and guide AI solutions from prototype to production.
  
  
• Develop reusable architectural patterns and maintain architectural documentation.
  
  
• Stay up-to-date with emerging AI trends and integrate new technologies where relevant.

Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of professional experience in AI solution development.
  
  
• Strong background in solution architecture with the ability to design scalable and secure systems.
  
  
• Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
  
  
• Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with Java, C++, or R is a plus.
  
  
• Skilled in modern web development using REST APIs, Node.js, JavaScript, Vue 3, AngularJS, CSS, and HTML5, with strong knowledge of SQL databases such as Oracle and SQL Server, and hands-on experience with major cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud (GCP).
  
  
• Deep understanding of model deployment pipelines, data workflows, and MLOps practices.
  
  
• Solid grasp of software architecture principles, system design, and API integration.
  
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
