    You'll be the go-to expert for moulding processes, from designing new systems to performing process window studies that enhance our efficiency and yield.     Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the introduction of new tools, from initial trials and set-up to qualification and production handover.
    • Contribute to the design and debugging of new systems, tooling, and automation.
    • Execute and complete IQ, OQ, and PQ validation reports.
    • Improve yields and efficiency through designed experiments and optimized process setups.
    • Serve as a primary technical contact for customers, suppliers, and toolmakers.
    • Manage moulding process systems, including control sheets and deviation management.
    • Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and technical support.
    • Collaborate daily with teams across the organization, including the tool room, maintenance, production, and quality.
    • Develop and implement maintenance programs for moulding equipment.

    Candidate Profile

    • A degree in Polymer or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
    • 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume moulding environment.
    • Proven experience with cleanroom procedures and medical moulding.
    • Highly skilled in process setup and validation, including performing process window studies.
    • Systematic and effective troubleshooting skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead technical issue resolution.
    • Excellent team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Lean Six Sigma or SIM/RJG process setup experience is a plus.
