    • Share technical knowledge through coaching and training of colleagues, ensuring compliance with training requirements.

    • Provide occasional support outside of standard hours when exceptional operational needs arise.

    • Promote safe working practices and contribute positively to a respectful and inclusive workplace culture.

    Experience and Capabilities

    Successful candidates will typically demonstrate:

    • A qualification in a scientific or technical discipline (e.g. life sciences, microbiology, chemistry, or engineering).

    • 3 years of experience in a regulated laboratory or manufacturing support environment.

    • Familiarity with analytical or microbiological testing within a quality-driven setting.

    • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

    • A collaborative mindset, balanced with the ability to work independently.

This organisation is focused on delivering meaningful impact through science and technology, guided by a strong commitment to quality, safety, and ethical practice. Diversity and equal opportunity are fundamental to how teams are built and supported.
