Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA) qualification as a minimum, with additional professional qualifications considered advantageous.
- Minimum 12 years' experience within financial services, wealth management, financial planning, or advisory services.
- Proven track record of managing and growing a successful client portfolio.
- Strong expertise in pensions, investments, retirement planning, and wealth management solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term client relationships and deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Strong commercial acumen and business development capability.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Highly professional, self-motivated, and committed to delivering the highest standards of advice and service.
- Thorough understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within the Irish financial services sector.
