Our client, a highly respected and growing wealth management brokerage based in Co. Louth, is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their expanding team.

Working closely with Financial Advisors, you will play a key role in supporting the advice process, conducting research, preparing recommendations, and helping to ensure clients receive exceptional service and outcomes.
Requirements
- QFA qualification is essential.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a Paraplanning, Financial Planning Support, or similar Financial Services role.
- Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, protection products, and financial planning processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong report-writing and written communication abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using financial planning software, cashflow modelling tools, and CRM systems.
- A proactive and professional approach with strong organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, review, and analyse client information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and suitability for advice recommendations.
- Conduct detailed research and analysis of financial planning solutions across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning.
- Prepare clear, comprehensive, and compliant suitability reports and supporting documentation.
- Assist Financial Advisors in developing tailored financial plans aligned with clients' objectives and long-term goals.
- Utilise cashflow modelling tools and financial planning software to support recommendations and client outcomes.
- Liaise with product providers, compliance teams, and third-party stakeholders to obtain relevant information and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Support ongoing client servicing activities, including annual reviews, portfolio reviews, and policy servicing.
- Assist in ensuring all business is processed efficiently and in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
