Morgan McKinley are delighted to be partnering exclusively with the CFO of an expanding Irish Group to appoint a Group Finance Manager with a strong technical background and commercial acumen.
The ideal candidate will be Big 4 / Top 10 trained with at least 2 years post-qualification experience. This role will be pivotal in overseeing group financial reporting, supporting external audits, and contributing to strategic finance projects, including the integration of newly acquired entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the consolidation and delivery of monthly and annual group financial reports
- Coordinate and support the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors
- Partner with senior stakeholders on finance transformation projects and acquisitions
- Maintain a strong internal control environment and ensure compliance with relevant reporting standards
- Assist in ad hoc financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decisions
Requirements:
- Big 4 trained Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with 2+ years PQE
- Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS/FRS 102)
- Knowledge of the FMCG industry is a distinct advantage
- Proven experience in group reporting and audit processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving business environment
