Group Finance Manager - Louth (1 day per week on-site)

Morgan McKinley are delighted to be partnering exclusively with the CFO of an expanding Irish Group to appoint a Group Finance Manager with a strong technical background and commercial acumen.

The ideal candidate will be Big 4 / Top 10 trained with at least 2 years post-qualification experience. This role will be pivotal in overseeing group financial reporting, supporting external audits, and contributing to strategic finance projects, including the integration of newly acquired entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the consolidation and delivery of monthly and annual group financial reports
• Coordinate and support the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors
• Partner with senior stakeholders on finance transformation projects and acquisitions
• Maintain a strong internal control environment and ensure compliance with relevant reporting standards
• Assist in ad hoc financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decisions

Requirements:

• Big 4 trained Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with 2+ years PQE
• Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS/FRS 102)
• Knowledge of the FMCG industry is a distinct advantage
• Proven experience in group reporting and audit processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving business environment
