General Administrator
Our client, a well established company based in Limerick is seeking a General Administrator on a permanent and temporary basis to support a rapidly growing team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to join at an exciting time within the business
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following: reception, secretarial and office management duties with the ability to adopt there skillset.
Duties:
- Manage the office phone, emails, visitors, files, appointments and general administration
- Daily filing, photocopying, scanning and binding
- Scanning and distributing of incoming and outgoing post
- Efficient turn-around times to meet deadlines
- Maintain and update stationary & kitchen supplies
Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent organisational skills, with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills and systems
- A drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in an administration is desirable
