Supply Chain Coordinator - Limerick
About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to join a dynamic team in the medical nutrition industry. This role is integral to delivering an exceptional patient experience by ensuring seamless supply chain operations from end to end.
Working closely with vendors, distribution partners, and internal teams, you'll manage forecasting, inventory, logistics, and supplier relationships to support timely product delivery and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and forecast manufacturing schedules across multiple product lines

Monitor inventory levels and prepare real-time stock reports across all business locations

Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely delivery

Support procurement functions including cost control and negotiation

Collaborate with operations and new product development teams to manage product setup and raw material planning

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards related to delivery and supply

Contribute to ongoing supply chain improvement projects and cross-functional initiatives
Ideal Candidate Profile:

2-3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within procurement, logistics, or materials management

Strong knowledge of MRP systems and supply chain best practices

Proficiency in advanced Excel and data accuracy

Excellent organizational and planning skills

Understanding of import/export regulations is an advantage
