Senior Financial Analyst - Pharma

Morgan McKinley are partnering with a leading multinational manufacturing organisation in Limerick to recruit a Senior Financial Analyst. This is a highly visible business partnering role, supporting senior stakeholders with financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and commercial analysis to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reports, budgets, forecasts and financial analysis.
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
• Support internal controls, compliance, audits and continuous process improvements.
• Analyse financial data and present clear insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Finance Analyst / Accountant or Finance Business Partner role within a manufacturing environment is essential.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP, Power BI, Anaplan, or similar ERP/reporting systems is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence business decisions.
• Proactive, analytical and commercially minded with a continuous improvement mindset.
