Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and stabilise a critical, large-scale program at a leading medical device manufacturing site in Limerick. This role will focus on coordinating and bringing structure to a portfolio of interrelated projects centred on automation and packaging lines-some in early development, others in delayed delivery phases. The program is currently the highest priority within the site's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rapidly assess the current program status across multiple packaging & automation projects
• Implement clear structure, governance, and reporting
• Develop realistic delivery plans and recovery strategies for delayed projects
• Drive alignment and accountability across project teams and stakeholders
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies within the program
• Regularly communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to leadership
• Ensure consistent execution to deliver key program outcomes

Requirements:

• Proven track record of managing complex programs within a regulated manufacturing environment (ideally Medical Devices, Pharma, or similar)
• Deep experience in automation and packaging line programs
• Strong project recovery and turnaround experience
• Ability to work hands-on with multiple teams and senior stakeholders
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
