    Responsibilities:

    • Take full ownership of client payrolls across multiple pay frequencies
    • Prepare and submit accurate payroll reports in line with statutory requirements (PAYE, PRSI, USC, etc.)
    • Maintain up-to-date payroll records, including new starters, leavers, and employee changes.
    • Use advanced Excel skills to reconcile data, prepare reports, and streamline payroll processes.
    • Act as the main point of contact for client payroll queries, providing timely and professional support.
    • Liaise with external stakeholders such as Revenue, pension providers, and benefit administrators.
    • Assist in system updates, process improvements, and internal reporting as required.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in a payroll processing role, preferably in a client-focused environment
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reconciliations)
    • Meticulous attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    • Experience with Megapay software is a distinct advantage
    • IPASS qualification (or working towards it) is preferred
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines
